RELATIONSHIPS · WELLBEING · PRACTICAL SUPPORT
“Love without truth is sentimentality; it supports and affirms us but keeps us in denial about our flaws. Truth without love is harshness; it gives us information but in such a way that we cannot really hear it.
― Timothy Keller

About me
Raised in the Tuscan countryside, I graduated with a BA in Social Work in 2015 with a dissertation called: "Kindness matters - on community empowerment".
In the following years I practiced burnout-prevention coaching for other social workers, and obtained my first official life-coaching certification in Washington DC. I undertook further training with private mentors in America and Canada.
Training in trauma-informed care has also been part of my professional development.
In 2021 I took a break to travel, take up different jobs (with great success as a cleaner!) and to study humanity from a non-academic perspective.
This year (2026), I return to coaching with fresh eyes and a focus on the element that, in my belief, can make or break our quality of life - relating.
I live in North Yorkshire with my wonderful husband and our Malamute dog.
